Job MandateThis position is responsible for processing Corporate Salary Loan / Seafarers Loan accounts. Strong interpersonal skills with a high capacity to liaise with various external and internal offices. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks or simultaneously and ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines. Must be detail oriented with follow through capabilities. Must demonstrate problem solving approach. Pro-active, Has initiative and willing to work long hours.
- Duties and Responsibilities
ProcessCorporate Salary Loan / Seafarers Loan accounts.
- Responsible for handling inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients and serves as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues.
Encode/endorse loan applications in the system.- Provides regular department reports and forms according to standard process.
- Minimum Qualification Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree from a college/university majoring in Marketing or Business administration.
Work Experience
- With experience in processing loan accounts
Familiarity in Seafarers and other consumer loan products and process
Technical Knowledge and Skills- Knowledgeable in MS Office
Average sales and marketing competencies especially in working with various types of products and services
- Excellent sales or marketing presentation and/or skills with broad range of internal and external customers
* Strategic thinking, solid problem-solving capabilities and results-oriented
