Graduate of BS Architecture with professional license
- Will report directly to Project Managers and collaborate with Architects, Engineers and other Construction Building Specialist
Report on work progress and budget matters to Clients
- Instruct and supervise construction personnel and activities onsite
Prepare and negotiate cost estimates, budgets and work timetables- Select appropriate construction methods and strategies
Respond to work delays and other site problems
- Must be familiar in local and national codes to comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes and other regulation
Other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Project Director
