Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Team Leader to join our Customer Service department. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in managing teams, at least two to three years of experience in a leadership role, and proficiency in advanced Excel skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team while contributing to the financial health and efficiency of our organization.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate the team to achieve departmental goals and KPIs.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support team members professional development.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline customer service processes, enhance efficiency, and implement best practices.
  • Customer Relations: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers to resolve escalated issues and maintain positive relationships.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel skills to generate reports, analyze data trends, and present insights to senior management.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and internal controls related to accounts receivable operations.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance team members technical skills and knowledge of the procedures.
  • Project Management: Lead special projects and initiatives aimed at improving customer service performance or implementing new systems.


  • Requirements:

Minimum of one to two years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role.

Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and complex formulas) and familiarity with ERP systems.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Proven leadership abilities, including coaching, mentoring, and team-building skills.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,
  • 00 - Php45,000.00 per month
