A Customer Service Operations purpose is to monitor that all shipments are delivered in an accurate and timely manner with no incidentals at cost. Provide time to time status of deliveries and make sure that all documents are complete and correct prior turn over to delivery crew.
Provide timely update of shipment status from booking received, pick up of cargoes at warehouse and delivery at destination.- Report to client any issues concerning delays of pick up or delivery and encode on monitoring for future reference.
Encode all transactions in the IDM monitoring ensuring to have a complete detail.
- Monitoring of deliveries and time to time coordination with delivery crew ensuring cargoes are in good condition upon unloading at warehouse.
Monitoring of deliveries and time to time coordination with delivery crew ensuring cargoes are delivered to the correct destination.- Ensure documents were submitted to billing department on a weekly basis to meet the billing cut-off time.
College Graduate- Graduate of any 4 year course
With former experience as customer service
With at least 2 years or more work experience on related field
