We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accountant to join our team as a full-time Cryptocurrency Accountant.
Responsibilities:
- Independently assess complex transactions and accurately reflect them in our books.
Oversee and reconcile all wallet-related transactions, both fiat and cryptocurrency.- Manage and reconcile all cryptocurrency exchange transactions, including derivatives, spot, options, and futures.
Oversee and reconcile various decentralized finance (DeFi) transactions, such as swaps, loans, and staking.
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to provide insights into our financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as an Accountant with a focus on complex cryptocurrency transactions.
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial data analysis.- Experience using crypto tax reconciliation software, preferably cointracking.info.
Strong proficiency with Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.
Familiarity with various cryptocurrency wallets and exchanges.
