JOB DESCRIPTION:- Executes routinary tasks / process / projects / initiatives
Provides services or information based on defined/standard processes for others to make necessary decisions- Influence the decisions through advice, counsel or providing services to others within an area of specialization / expertise / functional discipline
Provides advisory services to critical decision making, but no financial responsibility
- Strategizes, decides and conceptualizes processes, projects, initiatives; responsibilities shared with top management for planning of resources, budget and policies
Strategizes, decides and conceptualizes processes, projects, initiatives; direct or control resources, define policies and plan initiatives. Has accountability for end results- Significant influence over the strategic direction and decision within sub-function/function.
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree or at least College level- Efficient in written and oral communication
Has Strong personality
- Can communicate well with different levels in the organization
* Can work on a shifting schedule
- At least 1 year experience in Cross docking
