Drive and manage Cross Border performance and business growth across multiple categories in the Philippines
Work with various stakeholders to develop and implement the growth strategy for the categories, including the Seller Management Teams (based in China/Korea, etc), Cross Border Regional Function teams, and local teams (such as Marketing, Business Development, Operations)
Strategically plan, develop, execute, and review seller programs, initiatives, promotion strategies, and campaigns to drive performance of top brands and top sellers in the managed categories
Continuously analyze the internal and external environment to ensure that Cross Border sellers remain highly competitive vis-a-vis the market
Monitor trends and analyze seller performance and profitability - generate actionable insights to develop category initiatives aligned with the company goals and objectives
Map category landscape and coordinate with seller market teams to design and execute category growth plans
Collaborate with different teams globally to obtain information, cascade programs, generate investments, and gather feedback from overseas sellers in assigned categories
Help bridge the gap between various seller offices, regional teams, and local teams
Act as point of contact for any operational issues of cross-border shops in assigned categories
Perform ad-hoc analyses related to assigned categories as required
Requirements
Has at least five years of work experience, consulting experiences will be an added advantage
Has relevant experience in key accounts / brands management; health and beauty brands experience is a plus but not required
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus, but not required
Data-driven mindset and solid business acumen (good understanding of growth and profitability)
Possess strong analytical skill, sensitivity to data, and must be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, and Google Sheets, Google Slides
Learns fast and can manage multiple projects end-to-end
