Job Description

Job Purpose

A CRM Supervisor will be responsible for establishing and implementing strategies to improve client retention, loyalty, and lifetime value. The Casino CRM/Retention Supervisor will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement programs and promotions that engage and retain customers.

Develop and execute retention strategies to improve client loyalty and lifetime value.

Create and manage customer communication campaigns that include email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.

Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and behaviors that can impart retention strategies.

Create and implement promotions and campaigns that incentivize repeat play and boost customer engagement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer service, to ensure messaging and strategy are consistent.

Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines related to customer communications and promotions.

Manage customer segmentation and targeting to ensure relevant and personalized communication.

Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and work with cross-functional teams to implement changes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a similar field.

At least 3-5 years of retention-focused expertise in the online gaming sector.

Strong understanding of CRM best practices and CRM software (Opti-Move, Customer.io, etc.), including segmentation, targeting, and communication.

Experience using email marketing platforms and consumer engagement technologies.

Ability to operate well in a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace.

Strong attention to detail and the capacity to multitask.

Outstanding communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Passion for online gaming and a thorough understanding of the industry.

Amenable to work onsite, 6 days a week and shifting schedule.

Willing to work in Muntinlupa City
