Responsibilities:
Design and implement CRM strategies and automated workflows to improve customer engagement and retention rates.
Develop and manage CRM campaigns across multiple channels including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Support) to ensure alignment of CRM strategies with overall business objectives.
Analyze campaign performance data and customer insights to optimize segmentation, content, timing, and frequency of campaigns.
Utilize CRM tools and platforms to build and maintain customer segments, lists, and databases for targeted marketing activities.
Monitor and report on CRM campaign performance metrics, including but not limited to conversion rates, click-through rates, and retention rates.
Continuously test and iterate on CRM strategies and campaigns to improve effectiveness and ROI.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in CRM, automation, and customer lifecycle marketing.
Preferably with experience in marketing automation tools such as Moengage, Hubspot, Braze or other similar tools
Qualifications:
Has at least 2 years of experience in managing marketing campaigns
Knowledge of marketing automation tools like Moengage, Hubspot, Braze, or similar CRM platforms
Previous experience with e-commerce operations, brands with e-commerce channels, or the fintech industry is a plus.
Willing to work on a hybrid work set-up (2x in Makati)
