Position: CRM & Loyalty Coordinator
Location: 2 ECOM MOA (candidates need to pick up their equipment in the office in MOA Pasay)
Work setup & shift: Work from home and morning shift role

Your Role:

As a CRM & Loyalty Coordinator, you will:
. Maintain the day to day management of platforms and programs
. Creation and sharing of loyalty & CRM performance reports
. Review rates and rooms listed per property
. Support hotel teams with log in capability (staff changes, new staff, change user roles)
. Assist in troubleshooting loyalty operational challenges
. Assist with the execution of Loyalty and Customer Marketing initiatives and campaigns
. Fulfilling local experience guest bookings utilizing the in-house experience booking platform
. Assisting with onboarding hotel teams in into the GHA program
. Coordination of content for eDM activity
. Assist in the creation of eDM marketing communications
. General administration and customer support across CRM and Loyalty

What You Need:
Non-negotiables
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships quickly
  • Experience using various CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong administrative skills, not limited to Microsoft PowerPoint, excel and word
  • Experience using PMS systems, in particular - Guest Centrix by CMS hospitality or Oracle Opera Cloud PMS
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Computer and database proficiency

  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and resilience in responding to multiple changing priorities
