Tyler Technologies is looking for a CRM Developer to join our Corporate IT team in the Manila, Philippines office!
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, document, and deploy enhancements for Dynamics CRM Online, incorporating custom plugins, workflows, and form automation using C# and other technologies.
Customize and administer out-of-the-box solutions, including new entities, form upgrades, dashboards, and reports.
The position provides avenues to enhance existing customizations and code while also creating new solutions.
Build, maintain, and upgrade custom integrations between CRM and external databases using C#, SQL, and Azure Logic Apps
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues independently and promptly.
Qualifications
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms including knowledge of the underlying Dataverse structure.
Experience with Dynamics CRM plugin creation, custom workflow activities.
C# for Web and Server-Side development
Experience in integrating CRM with other systems using APIs and web services.
Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and relational databases.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or within a team environment.
Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
