Job Summary:
The position will be responsible for collection and monitoring of routine batch information (Veeva data validation, IMS Analysis Manager & DDD, Sales Reporting System, CANVAS, etc.) from multiple data source. The role will involve all simple trending and reporting of batch data, updating reports, Share Point sites and preparing presentations for robust product monitoring and decision making.
Major Functions:
(1) Collects data from batch records (MCCP Doctor list, Veeva data management.), CANVAS, IMS
Analysis Manager, Sales Reporting System, etc. The data collection will span several product families across Brands at a regular/defined frequency.
(2) Enters and maintains data in tracking reports and databases (Veeva and SRS).
(3) Creates/edits excel templates for data collection and summary reporting (ex. FDA Disclosure Management Validation reports, Call Reports, Event Management, Quarterly Market Report in spreadsheet, Quarterly Market Tracking Report in PowerPoint, Joint Call Report or Coaching Report, adhoc Canvas data collection and analysis.)
(4) Performs simple analysis and trending if batch data, specifically Customer database Cycle turn process control (i.e. MCCP and Event summary reports)
(5) Provides reports, updates share point and presentations on a routine basis.
(6) Maintains central repository of all data collection and reports thru Veeva, SRS and Canvas.
(7) Effectively communicates and escalates issues as appropriate.
(8) Performs other duties required by superior from time to time (i.e. Pilot on CRM and digital platforms, LPCx/Concur integrations, etc)
Best fit candidate profile:
Graduate of any four-year course
Experience and Knowledge:
o 2 years experience in Data entry using MS Excel and/or any Programming and Database
Management language;
o Minimum of 1-year Experience on Veeva database for CRM
Required Skills:
o Proficiency in MS Excel and doing Data Analysis
o Ability to manage multiple data undertakings from different sources
o Very good presentation and demonstrates a good team-player
o Proactive and target driven
o Possesses data accuracy and strong attention to details
