Job Description:_
Design CRM campaign strategies to engage customers, boost sales, and improve retention.
- Analyze customer data for targeted marketing opportunities.
- Segmentation and Targeting:
Segment customer groups for tailored campaigns.
- Use analytics to understand customer behavior and preferences.
Implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, social media, etc.).
- Align campaigns with marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
Develop content and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with designers and marketing teams for high-quality assets.
Monitor campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates).
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns.
Own the performance of all managed campaigns to ensure success and attainment of all client-committed KPIs.
- Customer Journey Mapping:
Map customer journeys to optimize engagement and satisfaction.- Identify opportunities for improved customer interaction.
Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.- Implement strategies to grow the customer database.
Work with other stakeholders for cohesive customer engagement.- Communicate campaign progress and results to stakeholders.
Use CRM software and marketing automation tools for campaign management.- Stay updated on CRM technologies and trends.
Generate reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Performs other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.

Qualifications: _
- Bachelor's Degree with a solid analytical and technical background.
2+ years of CRM Administration experience- Proven ability to administer and configure CRM systems, including custom objects, flows, validation rules, and permissions.
Familiarity with automating business processes, report and dashboard creation, and data analysis.
- Experience working directly with commercial, financial, and data teams.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Bonus points for experience in specific CRM platforms like Salesforce.com, knowledge of SOQL/Workbench, and familiarity with integrated tools such as Outreach, Hubspot.
