Encode and scan all crew documents and update records in the system (PHOENIX).
Coordinates with the recruitment, fleet management, and documentations for whatever needed support in the preparation and processing of crew until deployment.
Perform liaisoning works whenever required by the Fleet.
Arrange issuances of crew uniforms and other required assistance to joiners prior dispatch.
Provides supports to the Fleet Manager as required.
