CREW TEAM LEADER

The CREW TEAM LEADER is responsible for overseeing and executing various training and operational tasks to ensure the smooth opening and on going excellence of franchise stores.. This role requires flexibility, travel and a commitment to upholding the brand standards of Shawarma Shack and Ongpin Express.

• Key Responsibilities;

Store opening; support the opening process for all Shawarma Shack and Ongpin Express franchise stores.

• In store training; Train new trainees on-site to ensure they meet company standards.

Emergency Support; Provide immediate support to stores in emergency situation as required and instructed by the Training Supervisor/Manager.

Travel; Must be willing to travel as part of the job requirements.Paid Transportation; Transportation outside normal routes and outside NCR will be covered by the company.

• Store support; Oversee and manage standard operations procedure to ensure successful launches.

Franchise SOP Guidance; Guide franchisees in following standard operating procedures (SOP).

Sample preparations; Prepare samples and assist the training department as needed.Brand Event Support; Provide support during brand events.

• Store audits; Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards.

Continuous training; Provide ongoing training to service crew to maintain high standards of service and operations.

• QUALIFICATIONS;

Previous experience in similar role within the food and beverage industry.

• Excellent communication and training skills.

Ability to travel frequently and adapt to new environments.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and service.
