DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESThe Specialist, Credit Operations Membership Acquisition is responsible for attracting new credit card holders to In- House LCC Credit Cards (Shop Card and Home Card) through developing and implementing successful credit card acquisition strategies.
- Develop and implement credit card acquisition strategies that align with the organization's objectives and goals
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of acquisition campaigns
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential target markets
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and initiatives
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement- Develop and maintain strong internal relationships with key stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing preferably in the finance industry.
