Establishes and confirms the borrowers source of income (through interview, trade checking, employment verification and ocular reports)- Verifies essential information through bank checking, trade checking, employment verification, agency verification, vehicles history through government agencies and character references
Confirms with the previous bank/financing company the status of account, and the authenticity of credit documents submitted by the borrower during loan application- Interviews clients/borrowers and co-borrowers to verify data gathered by Accounts Analyst.
Submits report of daily pending accounts to the immediate superior.
- Conducts phone verification of borrowers character reference, employment confirmation, and accreditation of business dealings by the borrower.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by the CED Head.
