Reviews and processes loan applications through the company's online channels (company website, Facebook, email, etc.) ensuring the completeness of all requirements.- Conducts screening and interview of all prospective clients, ensuring proper documentation of the important details of the interaction/conversation.
Maintains a good relationship between the company and its clients.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Preferably a Bachelor's degree holder, any course
- Possesses above average communication skills (both written and verbal), presentation, and customer service skills.
Preferably with at least 6 months experience in clerical/ customer service roles.- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Computer Literate (MS Office)
- Willing to report to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
