Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement credit risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
Lead the credit approval process, including reviewing credit applications, assessing creditworthiness, and making recommendations for credit decisions- Monitor and evaluate credit exposures and portfolio performance, identifying areas of potential risk and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies
Establish and maintain credit limits, terms, and conditions for customers and counterparties, based on risk assessments and business requirements
- Manage the credit control function, including monitoring customer accounts, aging analysis, and collections activities.
Required Skills:
- Review the financial analysis, projections calculations, industry, and risks write-up involved with the Client ) on the credit proposals for Corporate Banking Department accounts in order to make the proposal clearer and more complete.
Provides Corporate Banking inputs on structuring of credit facilities, financial and non-financial covenants, and additional credit mitigants, if necessary or as requested.- Conducts review of analysis of Credit Analysts on the financial statements of accounts and generates the Credit Rating in Risk Analyst.
At least five (5) years of experience in the field of credit evaluation, portfolio management, handling of audit, and regulatory requirements gained from a reputable financial institution.
- Experience in review of Corporate Accounts with Credit Limit Exposure of at least PhP 50 million.
