JOB DESCRIPTION
- Verify background and credit worthiness of customers
Responsible for tracing skeps for the company- Visit and determine existing properties, zonal value and fair market value of collaterals
Obtain certified copies of key documents from government offices, banks and other private institutions.
- Report directly to loan officers handling customer accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably Male or Female
Graduate of any 2 years or 4 years course. Preferably business related course- At least 1-2 years of work experience as a Credit Investigator
Excellent interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and excellent attention to detail
Has valid drivers license and able to drive 4 wheels- Comfortable with fieldwork in and outside Metro Manila
Can be assigned in Makati
