Job Description:
- Oversee the overall management of credit and collection department by ensuring unhampered operations;
- Designs, review and strengthen credit policies and procedures ensuring all lending procedures comply with lending regulations seemingly design collection policies to mitigate risks in credit and collection.
- Design credit and collection goals and targets seemingly present credit and collection department's budget to management to support achievement of goals;
- Forecast the accounts receivable for the month/year.
- Designs credit and collection programs by keeping abreast of the trends, industry risks and business needs.
- Analyze and design strategy to mitigate high risk areas in credit and collection;
- Approve or reject loan requests, based on credibility and potential revenues and losses;
- Present and communicates credit and collection department's strategies and plans to top management;
- Tracks and monitors processing of filed cases for identified defaulters;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Business; Master's preferred.
- 5 years in credit management or collections.
- Credit analysis and risk assessment.
- Strong negotiation and communication.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
