Job Description

The Credit and Collection Manager will be responsible for overseeing the activities and operations of the Credit and Collection Team, with a strong focus on the following:
  • Billing and collection of accounts receivables (A/R) in a timely manner to ensure healthy cash flow.
Strict implementation of and adherence to the company's credit procedures and policies.
  • Close coordination with concerned departments to implement policies that contribute to effective collection.
Assessing and managing credit risk through proper credit investigation and recommendation of credit terms to approving committee.
  • Recommend improvements to existing policies and procedures.
  • JOB TASKS
  • COLLECTION:
Regular monitoring of accounts receivables, collections, and customer files.
  • Identify accounts requiring legal action.
Generate, checking and signing of all notices, debt collection letters, statement of accounts or billings to clients.
  • Submission of weekly and monthly report to Finance Department.
Reconcile transactions (Sales-Collection=Receivables) to maintain accurate account balances.
  • Support the Department Head in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
Organize team workload and coordinate the activities of field collectors
  • CREDIT:
Credit Facilitation/Credit Application Processing
  • Conduct Credit Investigation.
Financial Statement Analysis.
  • Gather credit reports from credit bureaus.
Prepare Credit Investigations Report and recommend payment plans/terms for submission and approval of approving committee.
  • Communicate credit approval to customers; communicate disapproval with an explanation and give suggestions for next steps.
Assist in developing sound and acceptable credit policies.
  • Checking of processed rebates.
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Academic Requirement/s
Bachelor's or College degree in any field.
  • Work Experience
Work experience of at least 5 years
  • Competency Requirements
Computer literate, advance knowledge using Microsoft Office Applications particularly Word and Excel.
  • Attention to detail and documentation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confidentiality and negotiation skills.
Strong and transformation leadership style.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,
  • 00 - Php40,000.00 per month

    Experience:
  • Credit and Collection: 5 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

* 75% (Preferred)
