Bachelor's or College Degree in
Accountancy,
Finance, or equivalent
- With credit and collections experience in Real Estate
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications particularly in Excel
- Must possess above-average organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Excellent in both oral and written communication
- Willing to work on-site (BGC, Taguig City)
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor buyer's payment
- Coordinate with other departments on the status of the payment of the buyers
Conduct collection efforts thru calls, text, emails, and others- Send notices according to policies and procedures
Prepare SOAs and CSVs
- Assist in securing requirements prior to release of CS and/or cancellation
Maintains, updates and generates reports according to SLA's- Ensure collection efforts are logged in the soft tickler report
Provide assistance to internal and external customers
- And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management
