Job descriptionResponsibilities:
- Handles daily reconciliation of credit, debit card, and other payment gateways activity
Ensures that fees and taxes such as Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) and Ensures timely receipt of CWT from the acquiring bank and remits the same to the Tax Department
- Investigate and process Chargeback Requests and ensures that all requests are filed in the Help Desk
Liaise with Operations and Reservation personnel for any customer issues when necessary- Ensures the timely response to customers requests, complaints, and concerns within the acceptable turn-around time
Generate weekly report
Qualifications:
- Must have bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Financial Management or related field
At least 6 months experience but fresh grads may apply- Willing to work in EDSA Cubao, Quezon City
