QUALIFICATIONS:- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Accounting, Banking and Finance, Management or any-related courses
At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required- Experience in real estate is an advantage
Can work with minimal supervision
- Knowledgeable in MS Office
Computer literate Possess strong communication and listening skills
- Preparation of Statement of Accounts
Preparation of notices and collection letters
- Buyer's Ledger analysis, transaction entry and posting
Conduct collection and remediation efforts on default accounts
