A Successful Candidate Must Have- Minimum 2 years experience working with an Australian Mortgage Broker and/or finance company
Must be familiar with all supporting documentations relating to the Australian Home Loan application process- Must be able to do read PAYG payslips and calculate the income for servicing
Must be able to obtain pricing approvals from different lenders
- Must be able to use different Lender servicing calculators to calculate borrowing capacity (CBA, WBC, NAB, ANZ, MAC, etc.)
Must be able to put together a loan proposal for the customer once presented with all relevant borrowing information from the broker- Must be able to process a home loan application from start to finish including being proficientat using Apply Online (AOL)
Must have experience in collecting documentations from customers directly as part of the home loan application process or addressing lender exceptions/conditions
- Must have a general knowledge of credit policies across the different lenders or the ability to obtain this information efficiently
Able to use FLEX CRM
- Able to order valuation reports
Have experience in using ASANA (project management)- Have experience in processing land and construction home loan applications
Have experience in doing compliance
Must have excellent attention to detail
- Must have excellent English speaking and written skills
Must be to work autonomously and also within a small team environment- Must be able to adhere to business processes and instructions from broker
Must possess a positive can do attitude
