Role Description

The Creatives Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all creative aspects of our brands, including graphic design, branding, advertising, and marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, excellent leadership and teamwork skills, and the ability to manage creative projects from concept to completion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Creative Manager or a similar creative role.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite: dobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe InDesign. Knowledge on Adobe AfterEffects and Adobe Premiere is a plus but not required.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of marketing and advertising principles.
• A positive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field
• Conduct regular brand audits and updates as necessary.
• Create
• Present creative concepts and ideas to senior management, incorporating feedback as necessary.
