- Here's just some of the criteria that this person would meet:
- Can work at least 4 hours per day every day. (At least 20 hours a week)
- Speaks, reads and writes excellent English
- Has their own computer and high speed Internet connection
- Has experience creating impactful and visually catching Facebook and Instagram visuals
- Great at creating high-value social media content
- Has experience publishing posts on Facebook and Instagram
- Has experience managing a facebook page, planning and scheduling content
- Highly detail oriented
- Can work independently from home without distractions
- Can use Zoom video meetings
- Likes to be a leader. Likes to work independently, lead other team members, make decisions and create solutions
- Has experience creating short and long post descriptions and captions that tell a story
- Has experience using Buffer to manage and schedule content
- Is willing to learn new things. Can easily be trained in other skills
- Wants to be great at social media, marketing, copywriting and making it east for people to take action
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Managerial or team leading experience is a plus
- Youtube SEO research and publishing experience is a plus
- LinkedIn management experience is a plus
- Podcast creation experience is a plus
- Writing and sending emails that people want to receive is a plus
