Job Description
The Creative Marketing Intern shall support the Brand Marketing team in developing marketing materials to strengthen brand awareness. He/she will help define the way that internal and external stakeholders understand Ninja Van and its services through visuals and creative output that will be seen across various channels and platforms (not limited to social media, websites, CRM initiatives, store merchandising, asset branding, and so on).
Responsibilities
Ensure the branding guidelines are followed and applied correctly across types of media.
Ensure assets are cleared by the Brand Marketing team.
Ideate, design, and create various materials for print and digital platforms (not limited to social media static and motion graphics, SNS announcements, website artworks, and mailer templates).
Produce sketches, storyboards, and art layouts based on creative visions and ideas.
Hands-on experience with the following: logo design, typography artwork development using photographic elements and vectors web banners, web layout design print production, image selection and package design animation, multimedia and design effects photo and video production (shoot, creative direction)photo and video editing, color correction, and color grading handling photo and video equipment
Closely work with the rest of the marketing team to develop materials across different types of channels and media.
Closely works with the Creative Marketing Specialist and other marketing team members, and indirectly works with other commercial, operations, and shared services teams.
Works on creative requests that come to the Branding & Creatives team, under the supervision of the Creative Marketing Specialist.
Day-to-day management of own creative output Along with the Marketing Specialist, aligns with other teams for project briefs and material revisions
Responsible for creating a repository of local assets and templates and responsible for archiving creative materials that have been developed in previous months.
Ensure creative output is completed with high quality and is on schedule.
Identify trends and insights, and keep up-to-date on new creative marketing trends.
Create artwork simulations for concept decks and other executional presentations that illustrate various campaigns.
Other tasks, as may be assigned by the Creative Marketing Specialist, Brand Marketing Manager, or Head of Marketing.
Qualifications
Taking up Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Information Design, Film Production, Advertising, Marketing, or related field With experience in graphic design, multimedia design, art direction, and concept development
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other visual design tools
Demonstrable graphic and multimedia design skills with a strong portfolio
Creative thinker and has an eye for details
Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
A self-starter, proactive and hands-on approach
Has passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment
