Job Description

Position Overview:

As the Creative Head, you will be the cornerstone of the creative vision, guiding a team of talented designers, writers, and strategists. Your role will be crucial in developing and executing innovative concepts that align with our brand's mission and goals. You will blend strategic thinking with hands-on creativity to drive impactful projects and campaigns.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy: Develop and execute the creative strategy to align with the company's goals and brand identity. Ensure that all creative outputs are innovative, effective, and on-brand.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Inspire and lead a team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and dynamic environment. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to help team members excel and grow.
Concept Development: Oversee the creation of original and compelling concepts for various projects, including marketing campaigns, advertisements, and brand initiatives. Ensure creative solutions meet client needs and project objectives.
Project Management: Manage the end-to-end process of creative projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Handle multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with practical constraints.Client and Stakeholder Relations: Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision and requirements. Present creative concepts clearly and effectively, incorporating feedback and making adjustments as needed.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes. Integrate new trends and insights into the creative process to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
Budget Oversight: Manage the creative budget, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Qualifications:
Experience: Extensive experience as a Creative Director, Creative Head, or in a similar role within a creative agency or relevant industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.Skills: Exceptional creative vision and the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs and campaigns. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Portfolio: A diverse and impressive portfolio showcasing successful projects and creative work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80,
  • 00 - Php100,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
* 13th month salary
