Job Responsibilities: - Provide support to the organization and franchise on all creative works covering print and digital media that align with company imagine and identity
Able to comprehensively understand project briefs from relevant departments and carry it from conceptualization to execution.- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovation ideas and concepts
Develop guidelines, mockups and prototypes to illustrate brand application and framework.
- Ensure consistency and quality in the brand's visual and expression.
Manage and update the organization sales and communication platforms.- Liaise with external agencies and vendors.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of all artworks and labels.
- Assist in other Sales or Marketing projects and ad-hoc assignments.
Any other duties as and when assigned by the CEO or COO.
Graduate of Multimedia Arts and Design, Fine Arts major in Graphic Designing, Advertising or other related courses.- Minimum 2 years of creative design experience in both B2B and B2C sectors.
Proven experience in Franchising and Marketing in the F&B Retail Industry.
- Organized and reliable, with an excellent eye for details.
Comfortable with working on multiple projects and completing them within tight deadlines.- An independent, self-initiative, responsible, motivated individual with strong creative flair.
Good communication and social skills who can relate and interact with a wide range of personalities at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent software skills on Adobe Creative, such as illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Publisher etc.
