Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop new prop and miniature scale ideas that align with project objectives.
- Design and Prototyping: Create detailed designs, sketches, and blueprints for props and miniature scales. Develop prototypes to test and refine designs.
Material Selection:
Research and select appropriate materials and techniques for prop and miniature scale construction.Fabrication:
Utilize various fabrication methods (e.g., sculpting, molding, painting, assembly) to create high-quality props and miniatures.Attention to Detail: Ensure that all props and miniature scales are accurate, visually appealing, and meet project specifications.
- Time Management: Effectively manage time and resources to meet project deadlines.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members, including artists, producers, and technicians, to ensure a smooth workflow.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.- Proven experience in prop and miniature scale design and fabrication.
Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, ZBrush).
Knowledge of various materials and fabrication techniques.- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
