About the Role
The Creative Designer will report to the Senior Creative Director, overseeing the development of innovative campaigns across digital and print formats. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior creatives, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee creative campaigns across multiple Australian Pharmaceutical clients, ensuring projects meet high-quality standards.
- Design and produce creative assets for both digital and print formats, tailored to client-specific needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (strategy, technical, and client management) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Execute and optimize campaigns, adjusting creative assets as needed for maximum impact.
- Contribute ideas and creative concepts for new client pitches, targeting a wide range of pharmaceutical companies.
Experience & Software
- Minimum of 5 years as a Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work.
- Proficiency with InDesign is a must.
- Experience with healthcare brands is beneficial.
- Proven experience leading creative projects, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to diverse client needs.
- Experience mentoring junior designers and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Pre-press and print material experience is a must.
