We are looking for entrepreneurial, commercially driven people, who like to take on this pivotal role in shaping our future growth for both markets. This position will be reporting to our regional office in Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
Leads the discussion and production of digital media with Arla Digital Marketing team and its agencies
Leads production and proofing (mock-ups, color proofing, etc.) of offline trade artworks (POSMs, billboards, mailers, etc.) with Arla Trade Marketing team and its agencies
Supports in managing the social media pages of Arla and its other subsidiary brands
Supports in the implementation of new product packaging designs, redesign, on-pack text updates etc. with Arla Innovations team
Supports in the development of e-commerce related media with Arla E-commerce team and its agencies
Occasionally shoots & creates Reel/Tiktok content for a subsidiary brand of Arla
Works with relevant stakeholders to develop, deliver, proofread and route all graphics through the approval flow
Champions the Arla Brand guidelines, including other brands related to Arla
Supports with key visuals and design development, and creates solutions that improve design capabilities
Drives continues improvement by reviewing and streamlining the design across the portfolio/ markets and thus, gaining synergies and consistency
Requirements:
Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or related field
Two or more years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably in a FMCG business / creative or marketing agency
Advanced proficiency in design and photo-editing software, including but not limited to Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, CapCut.
Has a high level of creativity and innovative design skills, and has a keen eye for aesthetics and details
Must have excellent organizational and collaboration skills and has the drive to thrive in a dynamic environment
Proficient in written and verbal English language
Having an experience in professional photography is an advantage!
