Creative Designers will play a crucial role in creating visually captivating content that aligns with our brand identity and engages our target audiences across various platforms. They will collaborate with various teams to design and produce materials for both print and digital applications, ensuring consistency and quality in all our visual communications.
Responsibilities:
Design visually appealing content for print and digital platforms that reflects our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
Layout and design internal communications materials and presentations for our board of directors, maintaining a professional and polished aesthetic.
Create essential business materials such as business cards and presentations, adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring a cohesive visual identity.
Develop infographics and presentation materials to effectively communicate complex concepts and data in a simplified manner.
Edit video clips for use on social media platforms, ensuring content is engaging and optimized for each platform's specifications.
Produce short promotional videos to highlight and promote various endeavors and events, capturing the essence and excitement of each occasion.
Work independently to generate innovative concepts and designs, while also collaborating with team members to execute communication plans effectively.
Manage project timelines and prioritize workload efficiently, seeking guidance when needed to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
Provide technical support for design and video-related initiatives, troubleshooting issues and optimizing content for optimal performance.
Optimize graphics and video content for social media platforms, maximizing reach and engagement with our target audience.
Maintain organized content files and assist in organizing and archiving existing video and graphics files for easy accessibility.
Undertake any other duties as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Film Production, or related field.
Proven experience in graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant design and video editing software.
Knowledge of current trends in graphic design, video editing, and social media platforms.
