The Creative Associate will support the development and execution of strategies for events and content initiatives. This role involves collaboration, research, content creation, and event coordination to ensure projects are delivered effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the creative team to generate innovative ideas and strategies for events and content projects.
- Research & Inspiration: Conduct research to gather relevant information and inspiration, staying current with industry trends.
- Content Creation: Write compelling content for event descriptions, promotional materials, social media, blogs, and newsletters.
- Project Management: Draft briefs and timelines, communicate with the team, and manage workflows to meet deadlines.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing events, including logistics, venue booking, vendor coordination, and on-site management.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Design Support: Create visual content for events and promotional materials using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Multitasking & Adaptability: Manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintain a positive attitude, and adapt to new challenges.
- Performance Under Pressure: Work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role focusing on events and content writing; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong content writing and storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Degree or diploma in a creative field; event planning experience is a plus.
