Job Description

Principal Purpose of the Position
The Customer Relations and Development (CRD) Associate supports the CRD Supervisor in managing and enhancing customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. This role assists in implementing customer relations initiatives that support marketing strategies, inform product development, and contribute to sales growth for Archon Philippines.
  • Main Workplace & Common Workplace Assignments[1]
  • Head Office: Primary location for daily operations, assisting with strategic planning, and coordinating with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development.
  • Local Branches: Occasional visits to local branches to support customer service practices and assist in addressing customer concerns.
  • Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in gathering and organizing customer feedback to support marketing strategies
  • Conduct basic customer research to provide insights for product improvements
Collect and organize customer data to support targeted marketing and sales campaigns
  • Help coordinate product launch events and customer feedback sessions
Monitor customer experience across various touchpoints of the sales funnel
  • Assist in the implementation and management of loyalty programs
Prepare preliminary reports on customer trends for review by the CRD Supervisor
  • Support communication between customers and internal teams for product testing
Help implement and track customer satisfaction metrics
  • Provide administrative support for CRD initiatives and projects
  • Knowledge and Experience Required (Minimum Qualifications)

a. Basic understanding of marketing principles, R&D processes, and sales techniques

b. Awareness of Filipino market trends and consumer behavior

c. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic market research tools

d. Understanding of cross-functional project support

e. Basic knowledge of product development cycles and go-to-market strategies
  • Work Experience needed:
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, marketing, or sales roles
  • Experience in collecting and organizing customer data and feedback
