- Duties and Responsibilities:
Review operations closely and assess whether existing processes are well designed to help the organization achieve its goals.- Identify the risks and assess their significance to the organization.
Evaluate control efficiency and effectiveness and assure management that the controls in place are adequate to respond to the risks that threaten the organization.
- Examine the reliability and integrity of financial and operational information.
Report the findings and recommend appropriate courses of action to the management.
