Couture Gown Maker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Couture Gown Maker to join our fashion design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating high-quality, handcrafted gowns and customized formal wear, and a passion for fashion.

• Responsibilities:

• Designing and Creating Gowns: _Create unique and intricate couture gowns based on the design specifications provided by our design team.
  
  _2. Pattern Making:_ Develop patterns based on the design sketches.
  
  _3. Fabric Selection: _Choose the appropriate fabrics, laces, beads, and other materials that will be used in the creation of the gowns.
  
  _4. Sewing and Assembly: _Sew the gowns using both machine and hand-sewing techniques. This includes detailed work such as embroidery, beading, and lace application.
  
  _5. Fittings and Alterations:_ Conduct fittings with clients and make necessary alterations to ensure the gown fits perfectly.
  
  _6. Quality Control:_ Inspect the final product for quality, ensuring that all seams, embroidery, and embellishments are secure and the gown meets our high standards.
  
• Qualifications:

_1. Experience: _Previous experience in a similar role or a related field is required. Experience in couture gown making is highly preferred.

_2. Skills: _Excellent sewing skills, both by hand and machine. Strong knowledge of pattern making, draping, and cutting techniques.

_3. Attention to Detail: _Must have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to creating high-quality work.

_4. Creativity: _Ability to think creatively and solve problems when designs do not go as planned.

_5. Communication: _Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the design team and interact with clients.

• Education:

A degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred but not required.

A Relevant experience and a portfolio of previous work are more important.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php700.00 per day
