KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:The Supervisor, Cage & Count Operations is responsible for ensuring that all Cage Cashiers and Count Clerks tasks are completed as required and that all accountabilities are balanced at the end of each shift. Ensure that all cashiers perform their duties effectively and efficiently. They are also responsible for ensuring proper level of cash and cash equivalents at cashier workstations. Perform casino related transactions while providing professional, prompt, and accurate service in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
Supervise assigned shifts and report all employee issues and concerns to Cage & Count Management
- Ensures equipment needed for operations is available, clean, and functioning properly
Provide direct supervision of all Cage Cashiers, checking and confirming Cage transactions with care and precaution.- Performs program settlement for Premium Player and Junket
Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of shift-end inventory counts/reports for the Front Window, Chipbank, Mainbank inventory and Drop Count
- Provided upkeep of ticket redemption kiosks throughout Casino floor, replenishment and troubleshooting, and to ensure service arrangements are made when necessary
Provide key support to Cage Management with shift break time and team's extended hours- Encourage positive attitudes within the department, ensuring excellent guest services to every customer we connect internally and externally
Perform all Cage duties as required, i.e., reporting and enforcing anti-money laundering policies and policies and assisting in completing Suspicious Transaction Report where applicable
- Ability to perform Count Supervisor responsibilities
- QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in any relevant course
- Must have relevant 1-2 years Cage & Count Supervisory experience
Experience in handling cash and foreign exchange currencies preferred- Able to operate electronic cashier/count clerk equipment (e.g., note counters, counterfeit detectors)
Possess excellent communication skills and a good command of the Filipino and English languages is required basic in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean and Japanese is an advantage
- Must be computer literate, preferably proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Must be able to approach challenging situations professionally in accordance with the Company's core values- Must be able to work flexible shifts and days, including weekends and holidays; extended hours and irregular shifts may be required.
