Job Description

A prestigious organization representing major manufacturer of state-of-the-art medical equipment and devices is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking professionals to complement its nationwide service and will work as CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

Job Qualifications:


Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree

Preferably supervisor/1 year & up experienced employee in Customer Service or equivalent.

Outstanding phone and email etiquette

Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

Basic computer skills (MS Office

Very good interpersonal relations ability

Good oral and written communication skills

Job Description: To provide effective and high quality reception and administrative support services. To assist and support other staff and managers in providing a high level customer service, and provide an efficient customer service.
