Forecast the cost of materials needed for various projects
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, bill of quantities, and other necessary documents
Track changes in design for budget adjustment- Procure subcontractors who can work in the project
Measure and evaluate work done onsite
- Source and select construction materials
Prepare reports and update- With at least 1-2 years experience as a Cost Control Engineer
Civil Engineering graduate with PRC license
