Cost Control Engineer (P 20, who will be base in
Manila.Job Description: Update the labor and material costs spent in ongoing projects
- Monitor if expenses are within the allocated budget per project
Forecast the cost of materials needed for various projects- Prepare tender documents, contracts, bill of quantities, and other necessary documents
Track changes in design for budget adjustment
- Procure subcontractors who can work in the project
Measure and evaluate work done onsite- Source and select construction materials
Prepare reports and updates
- Civil Engineering graduate
License Civil Engineer
