Must be a Bachelor's Degree Graduate of Accounting
Must have at least 2-3 years of working experience as Cost Accounting Analyst in the Manufacturing Operation
Must be detail-oriented, analytical, assertive, and computer literate
Must have good communications skills
Must be willing to work ASAP
Must be amenable to work onsite and in Quezon City
Job Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy in product costs, material purchases, and conversion costs (labor and overhead), while maintaining accurate product standards and production output records.
Monitor inventory completeness, physical existence, and warehouse transfers, coordinating with MMS and Logistics for cycle counts and reconciliations.
Oversee material balancing, verifying the usage of materials per job order and tracking recoverable generation for accuracy.
Analyze manufacturing operations, validate reports, and investigate variances to ensure compliance with set standards, including monitoring FG and MMS non-moving items for proper disposition.
