Cost Accounting Associate

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

• QUALIFICATION:

Graduate of BS Accountancy course

Willing to work on site at Valenzuela City.

With at least 1-2 years experience in Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Process Engineering or Costing.

Preferably residing in Valenzuela City

• RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure accuracy of product cost.

Reconciliation of material purchases to ensure actual cost of item.

Assures completeness and closing of inventories for moving average of unit cost per materials.

Ensures updating of General Information of the product standards.

Monitors completeness and accuracy of production output are closely monitored.

Advising executives and upper management on appropriate costing based on financial data.

Managing the company's balance sheet and accounting books

Recommending changes to the company's processes and policies to reduce cost and maximize profit

Performing account reconciliations

Establishing costs of business processes such as administration, labor, shipping, etc.

Collecting and analyzing data about a company's operational costs

Assisting with budget preparation and financial forecasting.

Assisting in the preparation of financial statements.

Supporting month-end and year-end close processes.

Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
