I. JOB SUMMARY:- Responsible for monitoring the daily activities and ensuring compliance with all accounting controls, policies, and procedures of the assigned stores/branches.
Responsible for accurate and timely data inputs, accounting information, records, and reports subject to review and approval of the Accounting Manager.
- II. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform a quality review of the reconciled sales submitted by ALC against the reports generated from POS DM.- Ensure that cash sales of the store are properly deposited on time and supported by validated bank deposit slips.
Review, monitor, and analyze cash, debit, and credit card sales reconciliation reports, ensure compliance of the stores on all BIR and local requirements, and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classification assigned to various records.
- Review accrual and adjust journal entries made by accounting assistants, statements of Accounts for billing to customers accounts receivables & accounts payable vouchers before endorsement to Accounting Manager.
Bachelor's Degree of Graduate of BS in Accountancy and/or BS Accounting Technology.
- Computer literate, preferably knowledgeable in SAP.
At least 2 years experience in supervisory functions.
