QUALIFICATIONGraduate of BS Accountancy, Financial Management, or Any Business Related Course
Must have 3 years experience in cost control and inventory in supervisory capacity.

Tasked to ensure that the target cost of sales will be maintained through implementation of effective cost control policies & procedures, verifying costs with vendors and suppliers, estimating expenditures, and recommending cost-saving measures to upper management.
- Ensures that target food and beverage costs will be maintained through implementation of effective cost control policies & procedures.
Works hand in hand with Executive Chef in establishing standard recipes and proper portion control.
- Establishes cost control effective procedures to minimize wastage and spoilage cost.
Establishes proper specification and check for the quality of food and beverage purchases.- Alerts management of variances resulting from losses, spoilage, etc.
Conducts or supervise the actual counting, measuring and weighing of inventories in the kitchen and bar areas on a monthly basis.
- Submits monthly Function Summary Report.
