Corporate Trainer is responsible for design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs; conduct needs assessment, execute training, develop reinforcements and evaluate Training Delivery
- Conduct new hire classes and cross-training to facilitate product knowledge and customer service skills
Facilitate refresher sessions based on top quality drivers and updates- Standardize and organize training modules, and ensure to keep it updated and aligned with the new releases in the process
Prepare training reports
- Participate in calibration meetings
Analyze training effectiveness scores and propose improvement initiatives- Collaborate with the Quality and Operations Team to identify training gaps and to assist in the improvement process of agents
Provide Training Needs Analysis along with initiatives and recommendations
- Training material design and development
Executes all duties and responsibilities routinely required of a trainer
- College Graduate with 2-4 years of experience as a trainer
Solid knowledge of effective training methodologies, tools and techniques- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
Comfortable with data analysis
- Strong organizational and problem resolution skills
Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences- Proficient in the use of MS office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Visio)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Act as a reliable and supportive team member
Data-driven mindset Willing to work in a Graveyard shift or Shifting schedule
