As a Corporate Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our Group's growth and success through strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, and managing top-priority projects. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and driving key strategic initiatives that align with the Group's long-term objectives.
WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Lead end-to-end M&A transactions, including due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and documentation
- Perform analyses and develop financial models to assess potential acquisition targets and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of M&A transactions
- Develop and maintain relationships with investment banks, brokers, and other relevant parties
- Project Management
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of top-priority projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and constraints
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress against key milestones and deliverables
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project outcomes
- Communicate project status, updates, and key insights to senior management and key stakeholders
- Corporate Strategy
- Assist in the development and refinement of the company's overall corporate strategy
- Work closely with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, to gain buy-in and support for strategic initiatives
WHO ARE YOU
- Degree in Management Engineering, Finance, Economics, or any related field
- 7-10 years of experience in corporate strategy, finance, business development, or related fields
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling,
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to prioritize competing demands, manage timelines, and drive cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering impact in a dynamic environment
- Self-driven and highly motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges
