Measure and maintain global quality metrics through executive dashboards and reports
Develop templates from initial technical design through to implementation
Liaising with internal clients, taking briefs and taking responsibility on accurately and delivery of work on-time
Follow standards for branded materials such as internally produced covers, brochures and standard graphics for use in presentations
Manage own workflow of incoming work and support other team members where necessary
Work closely with the internal client/team in a professional and helpful manner at all time
Ensure a smooth hand-over of work where applicable
Procuring, verifying and monitoring the information for all kinds of corporate actions transactions and payments based on the information from the bank's internal and external data providers
